The orders are shipped and delivered through domestic courier companies only. Orders are shipped within 7 working days after the confirmation of order. The Young Farmer.com is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be sent to shipping address as registered at the time ordering. The Young Farmer.com is in not responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. The cancellation request cannot not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will take an appropriate action.
Orders delivered & accepted by customer cannot be refunded. Once you have cancelled and requested for refund, it would take at least 7 days to initiate the refund process and credit your amount back to your account.
